Jenna Winkler

Jenna Winkler is a Product Manager at IBM Research, currently leading BeeAI, a project focused on advancing open-source AI agent development. From healthcare operations to AI innovation, her career has been shaped by a rich blend of skills and diverse experiences.

Previously at IBM Research, she led the development of an internal model inferencing and tuning service for AI application developers, generating over half a billion API calls to date. Her work encompassed defining and executing model hosting strategies and building an analytics platform that offered comprehensive insights into product usage and model performance.

Jenna's expertise is rooted in AI and technology, but her career has been influenced by a diverse background. She started with a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics, which led her to Mass General Brigham. There, she implemented digital solutions to improve patient service operations. This experience sparked her passion for leveraging technology for real-world impact, ultimately guiding her shift to the tech industry. To further refine her skills and understanding of business strategy, Jenna earned an MBA from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business, with a focus on Organizational Leadership and Transformation.
