The regions where the three colors meet (the tricords) are studied in percolation with three colors in three dimensions (3D). The tricords undergo a percolation transition as the proportions of the three colors are varied. Our Monte Carlo simulations indicate that this transition is not in the same universality class as the usual percolation transition in 3D. © 1992 The American Physical Society.
