Call in the cyber national guard!

Today, it's not clear how the US would respond to a well-orchestrated cyberattack. A few National Guard units around the US are prepared to help thwart cyberattacks, but their numbers are small. Perhaps it's time to consider creating an organized cadre of cybersecurity emergency responders. © 2010 IEEE.
