Full-wave analysis of counectors in high-speed computer packages

A full-wave electromagnetic approach for characterizing the electrical properties of electrical interconnects at multi-GIb. and higher frequencies is discussed. Numerical results ate presented for the coupled noise between signal pins using a typical computer hardware connector structure.
