High sensitivity photothermal surface spectroscopy with polarization modulation
Abstract
Polarization modulation has been applied to photothermal laser spectroscopy of molecules absorbed on surfaces. A sensitivity of 0.005 of a monolayer is demonstrated for ammonia on silver films. © 1984.
