Magnetic domain wall motion triggered by an electric current
Abstract
A study was performed on magnetic domain wall motion triggered by an electric current. By magnetic force microscopy imaging, propagation of the walls was confirmed. The results showed that the domain wall propagation occurred in the direction of electron current flow.
