MODEL FOR NONEQUILIBRIUM SUPERCONDUCTING DOUBLE JUNCTION STRUCTURES.
Abstract
We develop a simple model for nonequilibrium double tunnel junction superconducting sandwich structures. The model consists of coupled Rothwarf-Taylor equations and effective temperature (T*) characterizations of quasiparticle distributions. Calculated quiteron static and dynamic characteristics are in fair agreement with experimental results.
