Nanophotonic Enhanced Nonlinear Photocurrents in Weyl Semimetal TaIrTe4
Abstract
We use nanophotonic engineering to modify the nonlinear photocurrent response of Weyl semimetal TaIrTe. Our results reveal that nanopatterned apertures can both enhance light absorptance and unlock higher-order exotic effects in photoexcited charge carrier transport.
