Raman study of the effects of case temperature on COD facet temperature of AlGaAs lasers
Abstract
In this paper, facet heating is examined as a function of output power and drive current, for case temperatures from 20°C to 90°C. Also studied are two types of commercial 780 nm AlGaAs lasers.
