Soft x-ray diffraction of striated muscle

Abstract

Diffraction patterns of striated muscle were obtained with x-ray wavelengths from 2.5 to 3.5 nm. The experimental method is described and the advantage of using soft x-rays for muscle study is discussed. © 1986 SPIE.
