Two-phase microwave-assisted synthesis of Cu 2S nanocrystals
Abstract
We demonstrated a new two-phase microwave-assisted method for the synthesis of high-quality copper sulphide (Cu 2S) nanocrystals with well-defined size, chemical composition and crystal structure. © 2012 The Royal Society of Chemistry.
