Waveguide technology development based on temperature- and humidity-resistant low-loss silsesquioxane polymer for optical interconnects
Abstract
We have jointly developed the material and processes to integrate silsesquioxane optical waveguides on printed circuit boards for high-speed datacom applications, using a low-loss, reliable and commercially available polymer designed for 850 nm. © 2006 Optical Society of America.
