GaAs opto-electronic integrated circuits for high speed optical communications
Abstract
Opto-Electronic-Integrated-Circuits (OEICs) fabricated using GaAs circuit technologies are particularly useful in computer applications. A number of such OEIC chips are described illustrating the versatility of this technology. © 1991.
