MT-like multi layer 48-channel polymer waveguide connector using novel passive alignment structure
Abstract
We present MT-like multi-layer 48-channel and 108-channel polymer waveguide array connectors which will become important for high-channel count optical interconnect. We used a novel alignment structure for precise positioning of each waveguide core. © OSA/OFC/NFOEC 2011.
