Patterning electro-osmotic flow using non-uniform surface charge in a Hele-shaw cell
Abstract
We present the first experimental demonstration of non-uniform zeta-potential patterning as a method for controlling the flow field in a Hele-Shaw chamber. We believe that this ability to manipulate fluids without the need for mechanical components may open the door to novel microfluidic applications.
