Donato Francesco Falcone is a PhD student at IBM Research-Zurich Lab working on brain-inspired neuromorphic hardware accelerators for AI. His research focuses on manufacturing, modelling, optimisation and BEOL integration of Ferroelectric and Resistive RAM technologies into crossbar array architecture for efficient learning and problem solving.
