Bio

Joris is a Research Engineer in the IBM Research Zürich Lab (Rüschlikon, Switzerland) where he works in Accelerated Discovery on software development, DevOps, MLOps and cloud deployments.

He joined initially for his master thesis in Computational Biology & Bioinformatics working on multiple kernel learning. As a Data Scientist he contributed to different works focused on machine learning for precision medicine and chemistry resulting in public web-services and open source code repositories.
