Bio

Vivek Sharma is working as Advisory Research Engineer in IBM Research Lab, India since Mar, 2012, Currently he is part of AI for Fashion & Supplychain group. He had worked as Lead iOS Consultant and iOS trainer for IBM Apple Garage (GBS). Prior to this, He completed his B.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering from University of Rajasthan in 2009.

Research Interests: His research interests includes Cognitive Research and Implementation, Natural Language Processing, IOTs (Internet of Things), Test Automation of Mobile Applications, Mobile Sensing, Mobile Software Engineering, Mobile Security, IBM BlueZen Technology, & iOS Internals.

Research Contributions: His research work has contributed to many IBM products/programs, Significantly under Apple + IBM Partnership. Also, in Mobile Testing products including IBM RTW 8.5 - Mobile GUI Test Automation, IBM RTW 8.6 - Mobile Performance Testing, IBM RTW 8.7 - End to End Performance Testing, IBM Mobile Performance Optimizer, IBM BlueZen etc. He has contributed to IBM Research by filing 11 US patents so far and is on Level - 2 under IBM Patent Plateau Award Program.
