Electrical performance of card-on-board interconnections for high-speed digital applications
Abstract
The effect of losses in printed-circuit-board wiring and card-to-board connector crosstalk are investigated for 100 Mb/s - 1 Gb/s data rates and the results are verified through measurements on experimental structures.
