Polysilanes: photochemistry and deep UV lithography

Abstract

The photochemistry of polysilane derivatives are studied. The nature of the photochemical processes in solution are probed. The complexities of polymer photodegradation is also examined. The various aspects of polysilane deep UV lithography are also outlined.
